The open and welcoming entrance and reception opens up to a large 2 storey glazed atrium, linking into informal meeting areas, information points and providing private meeting booths for customers. Upper levels have ‘agile working’ spaces, meeting facilities and a large adaptable conference suite opening out onto an external terrace and green roof.
The buildings elevation integrates a number of programmable LED panels allowing them to change and respond to any local or national events. The building has achieved BREEAM ‘Very Good’ status targeting a 40% reduction in CO2 Emissions achieved by incorporating a Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) heating and cooling system to (if needed) allow simultaneous heating and cooling of different parts of the building allowing recycling of surplus heat through heat exchangers and heat pumps, rooftop PV panels, a green roof and high performance glazing.
