The development utilises a redundant former factory site, delivering a more appropriate use within what is a primarily residential area in Crosby.
The reinvention of the back-to-back courtyard house and the intelligent use of loft spaces allows an efficient uplift in density whilst maintaining a generous level of both openness and privacy.
