A complete renovation, refurbishment and reconstruction of the late Georgian Villa blends historic architectural grandeur with modern convenience, technology and efficiency, to create glamorous flexible family living.

Respecting the original plan form of the historic architecture, the houses feature an array of grand living spaces that maximise light and space.

The sensitive approach to the sub-division of the dwellings extends in to the landscape treatment, with organic flowing gardens providing interest and variety. Modern technology and contemporary fittings have been carefully inserted to meet the demands of modern family life without compromising the original architectural vision.
