Northumberland Street is a development of 16 beautiful, affordable, eco-friendly homes in a vibrant South Liverpool neighbourhood. Delivered by Plus Dane Group, the scheme was made possible through Homes and Communities Agency grant and Plus Dane Group neighbourhood investment.
Working closely with the local authority, the client strongly backed our proposal of a three-storey development in this context, making use of traditional materials such as brick and timber. Full height windows and south-facing lounges mean that residents enjoy maximum natural daylight.
The three different layouts on offer all met Lifetime Homes standards, a set of 16 design criteria adding comfort, convenience and flexibility to meet the changing needs of individuals and families at different life stages, from raising small children, to coping with illness or reduced mobility later in life.
